Here at ZapSpot, our business is to make your life fun. That’s it.
We're not in the business of annoying people with unsolicited e-mails
(people call this stuff spam e-mail) or selling e-mail names to other
companies. Therefore, if you're worried about spam or if you think that you've
just gotten a piece of unwanted e-mail from ZapSpot then you've come to
the right place.
We send you free games, that's it.
The only reason we ask for your e-mail address is so that we can send you an ongoing
flow of fun and free games into your e-mail inbox. Don't worry, there's no catch. We will
never disclose your e-mail address to anyone unless you specifically let us or the law
requires it. We will also never give information about you to third parties unless you
agree (see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the full details). The upshot of
all of this: you will never receive a piece of spam e-mail from anyone as a result of
providing your e-mail to ZapSpot.
We won't hire other companies to SPAM you either.
ZapSpot will never use unsolicited spam e-mail to acquire new
customers. Any e-mails that you receive regarding ZapSpot and its products
are sent out by what are called 'opt-in' e-mail providers. These are
companies that have been given permission by consumers (like you) to send
them special offers and promotions in e-mail. If you receive an e-mail
offer from one of these companies, it means that at some point in the past
you gave them permission to send you offers. If you no longer wish to
receive these offers and promotions, you will need to contact the opt-in
company directly.
We understand your concerns regarding privacy issues, and guarantee you a fun
experience - period. Please be sure to read our Terms of Service and
Privacy policy for more information. If you have any questions, please
send an e-mail to support@ZapSpot.com.
