1 - Ownership: All ZapSpot content is the property of ZapSpot, Inc. "Content" includes, but is not
restricted to, text, graphics, pictures, sounds, data, titles, interests, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and any
other form of intellectual property that ZapSpot uses in its products, Web site, e-mails, and services. You may
distribute, share, and spread ZapSpot content, providing that you abide by the following restrictions:
ZapSpot content cannot be sold, leased, or otherwise traded for monetary value under any circumstances. You
may post ZapSpot products on your Web site, refer other users to ZapSpot and its services, or create a link to the
ZapSpot Web site. However, the sharing of ZapSpot content must remain free; you may not charge other users for the
download, usage, or distribution of ZapSpot content.
You are allowed (and encouraged) to save ZapSpot products on your hard drive, and for personal use you may
store them on other forms of physical media such as disks, diskettes, CDs, etc. However, if you would like to
distribute ZapSpot games, you must do so via e-mail. Storing and distributing ZapSpot products via physical media
violates ZapSpot's copyrights, trademarks, patents, and intellectual property rights, and may result in legal
action.
You cannot state, imply, or insinuate that ZapSpot content is owned by you, or that it had been produced
by you. When you use ZapSpot content, you must clarify that the content was produced by ZapSpot, Inc., and that
ZapSpot, Inc. is the sole owner it.
2 - Product Protection: ZapSpot products may not be altered, modified, or otherwise changed in any
way. You are welcome to share our products with whomever you wish; however, you may not alter the products in
any way that change the way they were originally produced and distributed by ZapSpot, Inc.
3 - Trademark Protection: All ZapSpot brands names, service names, logos, and slogans are trademarks or
registered trademarks of ZapSpot, Inc. When referring to, using, or mentioning these trademarks, you must follow
the guidelines set in the ZapSpot Trademark and Logo Usage Requirements. To learn more about these requirements,

4 - Affiliation: ZapSpot, Inc. does not condone offensive, distasteful, or illegal content, and does
not allow its products to be affiliated with Web sites that feature such content. ZapSpot, Inc. does not allow
any mentioning of its brands names, service names, logos, slogans, and trademarks on sites whose content
ZapSpot, Inc. deems inappropriate. This includes, but is not restricted to, the following:
Sites that are dedicated to, or that feature, sexual content.
Sites that are dedicated to, or that feature, violent content.
Sites that are dedicated to, or that feature, prejudice or bigotry on the basis of ethnic, racial,
cultural, national, or sexual orientation.
